How to cook Prawn Casserole 2020?

Casserole dishes was originated in Europe and the West. The casserole was a French word for a saucepan or we call it in Tagalog as “kaserola.” Casserole dishes were cooked by placing the stew in the casserole and after that, baked it in the oven to cook the ingredients of it instead of heating it on the stove. There is the fewer possibility that these dishes will burn because the heat was complicated. This casserole dish was simple and easy to cook when all you need was to pour all of the ingredients, bread crumbs, prawns, seasonings, celery, and spices.

If the prawns were too big, you can cut it on a tiny piece and you can use the whole small prawns. Combine the prawns with mayonnaise, onion, celery, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Separated the combination in the butter casserole dish. Combine melted butter or margarine and bread crumbs and put it on the casserole. After that, bake it around 30 minutes at 350 ­°F in the oven. Pour parsley and lemon slice.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of cooked shelled prawns (about 1 kilo with shells)
  • 2½ cups of thinly sliced celery
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise (about 250ml bottle)
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • ½ tablespoons of pepper
  • 1½ cup of bread crumbs
  • A ½ cup of melted butter or margarine
  • Lemon slabs and parsley

Instructions:

  1. If the prawns were too big, you can cut them into tiny pieces and if they are small, you can use a whole of them.
  2. Combine the prawns with mayonnaise, onion, celery, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Separate the combination in a butter casserole dish.
  4. Mix melted butter or margarine and bread crumbs then pour it on the casserole.
  5. Bake it for over 30 minutes at 350 ­°F in the oven.
  6. Put parsley and lemon sliced. Serve and Enjoy!
