Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken, cut into small pieces
- 4 pieces potatoes, cut into 4 or 5 pieces
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 or ¾ cup soy sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- ½ cup green peas
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- patis (fish sauce)or salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken together with lemon juice and soy sauce and set aside.
- Heat the oil, garlic, and onions.
- Add the marinated chicken and fry until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Use and add marinated juice.
- Ready to pour the tomato sauce and water. Let it boil and allow to simmer for 25 minutes until the chicken became smooth and cooked.
- After add potatoes and carrots,cook for 8 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
- Fish sauce or salt and pepper would be tasty.
